Please note that refunds are not available when a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the product, uses it incorrectly, or when the product functions correctly but cannot be used due to personal setup, environment, or lack of suitable installation space.
To request a return, email us at contact@shopvalue.store with your order number and the proof video. Our team will review your request and confirm the next steps. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, and where applicable, shipping costs will also be included.
