Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. If there are any major delays, we will notify you by email.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. However, due to high order volume, courier delays, or factors outside our control, delivery can sometimes take up to 7 to 12 Days. Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll help you with a return or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Order Changes
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to make changes.
